Isabella Laurent offers companionship services to consenting adults. All arrangements are strictly for social companionship, including but not limited to: dinner dates, social events, travel companionship, cultural outings, and private social engagements.

Any fees exchanged are solely for time and companionship. Nothing in these terms, in any communication, or in any arrangement constitutes an offer, solicitation, or agreement for any sexual act or service. All interactions between consenting adults are entirely personal and private.

Services are available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By making contact, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

All prospective clients are subject to a screening process prior to any arrangement being confirmed. This process exists to ensure the safety and comfort of both parties. Screening may include verification of identity, professional background, and references from other companions.

Providing false or misleading information during the screening process will result in immediate termination of any arrangement and permanent blacklisting. Isabella Laurent reserves the right to decline any inquiry at her sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Screening information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and is subject to the Privacy & Discretion Policy. It is used solely for verification purposes and is never shared with third parties.

All arrangements must be confirmed in advance through agreed communication channels. A deposit may be required to secure a booking, particularly for extended arrangements, travel, or events requiring advance planning.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. For multi-day arrangements or travel bookings, cancellation policies are discussed and agreed upon individually at the time of booking.

Isabella Laurent reserves the right to cancel any arrangement at any time if she feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or if the client has violated any of these terms. In such cases, any deposit may be retained at her discretion.

No-shows without prior notice will result in forfeiture of any deposit and may result in being declined for future arrangements.

All rates are discussed and agreed upon privately prior to any arrangement. Rates are non-negotiable once agreed. Any attempt to renegotiate rates at the time of meeting will result in immediate cancellation of the arrangement.

Accepted payment methods include cash (preferred), and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum). Credit cards and personal checks are not accepted for in-person arrangements.

All payments are for time and companionship only. There are no refunds once an arrangement has commenced. If an arrangement is terminated early due to client misconduct or violation of these terms, no refund will be issued.

Rates are confidential and are not to be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

All clients are expected to treat Isabella Laurent with respect, dignity, and courtesy at all times. Disrespectful, aggressive, or threatening behavior — whether in communication or in person — will result in immediate termination of the arrangement.

Clients must not be under the influence of illegal substances during any arrangement. Excessive alcohol consumption that impairs judgment or behavior is also grounds for termination.

Photography, video recording, or audio recording of any kind is strictly prohibited without explicit prior written consent. Violation of this policy may result in legal action.

Clients must not attempt to contact Isabella Laurent through any means other than the agreed communication channels. Unsolicited contact through social media, professional networks, or personal channels is a violation of these terms.

Any form of harassment, stalking, or unwanted contact after an arrangement has concluded will be treated as a serious violation and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of their arrangement. This includes the existence of the arrangement, any personal information exchanged, locations visited, and any other details that could identify either party.

Clients agree not to discuss, post about, or share any information about their arrangement on social media, review platforms, forums, or with any third party without explicit written consent.

Isabella Laurent maintains the same confidentiality obligations toward her clients. Please refer to the Privacy & Discretion Policy for full details on how client information is protected.

Violation of this confidentiality agreement may result in legal action for damages, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, and breach of contract.

All content on this website, including text, images, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of Isabella Laurent and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited. This includes screenshots, downloads, or any other form of copying or reproduction.

The name "Isabella Laurent" and associated branding are protected. Any unauthorized use of this name or brand for commercial purposes or in a manner that could cause confusion or damage to reputation is prohibited.

Isabella Laurent provides companionship services on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure a positive and memorable experience, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or experiences.

Isabella Laurent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any arrangement or from the use of this website. Total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific arrangement in question.

Clients assume full responsibility for their own actions and decisions during any arrangement. Isabella Laurent is not responsible for any consequences arising from a client's choices or behavior.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or from any arrangement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denver County, Colorado.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Isabella Laurent reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Continued engagement with services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
